Out of observing people cook, strain and eat pasta I have designed a new shape for it. The shape relies on existing technologies in pasta manufacturing. The pasta is "paired" with the fork and together they serve as a utensil for sauce collecting. Inspired by this pasta, I have designed a strainer. Its shape implies its directionality. The water drains through a slot in the bottom.
